DIRECTIONS: Take Hwy #1 heading west. Continue onto sea-to-sky (hwy #99). Drive north for about 88Km passing Garibaldi Lake and Brandywine Falls. Turn left into Callaghan Valley Road. The road is well-paved and looks new. After about 200m, turn left again. You will see shortly a big white building. Take the left road. It is a logging road but in good condition. After 1Km, it connects to the old road. Drive for about 7.2Km to the parking lot ignoring the smaller branches. The last .7Km is challenging for a small car.create

a partly cloudy with sun Saturady. I drove and park at the lower parking lot. Road to the parking lot is steep and very rough, good if you have a 4x4 or high clearance vehicle. This Brandywine Meadows Trail is not well maintained, clear markers guide you to the meadows. condition was not good as heavy rain poured on the last few days. Very Very wet and muddy, trees roots and the boardwalks are very slippery. lots of bugs and mosquitos. Theres still have lots of wild flowers in the meadows, view is stunning. Total distance 10.4 km, time 4 hrs 50 mins including lunch and plenty of photo taking time. Bring Inspect repellent and wear proper hiking shoes.
