Great hike, only one other person on the trail that day. You could easily ride a bike the first several km if you can your bike around the inital detour. Well worth boulder-hopping to the end of the lake. Best flowers I've seen in a long time, and even a little sandy beach. Glacier was pretty active, making lots of noises. Signs of bear activity just before the lake.
