The trail was pretty busy the day we hiked it but we were lucky enough to get the 'summit' to ourselves for a few minutes when we first arrived. The views of Angel glacier and Mount Edith Cavell are fantastic, you don't have to hike far at all for the first view - it's pretty much a continuous view of the glacier. It's worth the effort to make it to the top viewpoint as you get some good views of the surrounding peaks. This is a well-trodden, well signed trail which was in excellent condition the day we hiked it.
