Current road condition: passable by all vehicles (via Hood River).
Current trail condition: compact snow. Possible to walk all the way with just boots. I did wear microspikes.
Water level is lower than I remembered.
Not icy, so I was able to scramble behind the falls. This is not for everyone. You need to be careful, if you try.
