Needle Peak

Did our first snowshoe and backcountry snowboard for the season and blew the cobwebs our with a sledgehammer. There was multiple groups of people on the trail and luckily for us the path was fairly well broken as there was 2 feet of snow already at the car park. Didn't make it all the way to needle peak or the saddle, instead stopped a little before it for a sneaky snowboard on one of the gentle approaches. There could easily have been +1m of snow on the ridgeline.
